TO QUALIFY AS A BUYER’S BROKER
  • You must register your client on your letterhead and have it signed by your client.
  • We must receive this letter at least 48 hours before the auction. Any co-signed letterheads received late will not qualify for commissions. No Exceptions.
  • You must attend at least one open house with your client or show the property to you client prior to the auction..
  • At the auction you must attend with your client and bid on their behalf.
  • Brokers bidding on their own behalf or as part of a group are excluded from broker participation.

  • Properties that are fresh to the market almost always do the best. Sometimes you have to consider why list it if you can earn commissions in 30 days at an auction.
  • Why let a listing expire and lose commissions. Sometimes just suggesting an auction to a client will benefit all parties. Your client may have been thinking of an auction anyway.
